English pallasch for heavy cavalry m/1796 was purchased for Sweden before the war with Russia in 1808 in a number of 2000 pieces. These were only distributed to Jämtland's light horse. The blade spine with 4 points and the manufacturer Gill blade with crown and 4. Blade length 87cm total length 100cm. Presumably replaced scabbard for Swedish but with exact measurements, mouth plate is missing, as well as some minor bumps and slightly bent parer plate. (€1732/$1865)
